The AGT Cover Crop & Pasture division is based in Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg. This branch focuses on processing cover crop and pasture seed types, and custom mixes.

The AGT Foods  main processing and bulk storage facility is situated in Chamdor, approximately 30km west of Johannesburg. This facility has state of the art processing equipment with a capacity of 20 metric ton per hour, as well as a bulk silo facility. The Agricote coating plant is based here.

A full branch servicing the Western Cape as well as providing the company with a storage and packing depot to facilitate both imports and exports through Cape Town harbour.
